Key points: The app can be used as a guest (no Apple/Google login). We process your prompts and any audio
samples you upload to generate outputs. We do not store your generated audio files on your device. Some data may
be processed/stored temporarily on our servers to deliver the Service. Purchases/subscriptions are handled by
the app stores and our subscription provider (e.g., RevenueCat).
1. What personal information do we collect?
We collect information in three ways: Information You Provide, Automatically Collected
Information, and Information from Other Sources.
Information you provide

User Inputs (Prompts & Settings): We collect the text prompts, playlist parameters, and settings you
provide to generate music (e.g., genre, mood, BPM, key preferences).

Audio Samples You Upload: If you use features that allow uploading your own audio
(samples/loops/vocals), we process that audio to provide the requested functionality (e.g., generation,
transformation, mixing, or related processing depending on the feature set).

Support communications: If you contact us, we collect what you provide (such as your email address and
the details of your request).

Surveys, research, and promotions: We collect information you provide if you participate in surveys,
promotions, contests, marketing campaigns, or events.
Automatically collected information

Technical Information: device model, operating system, IP address, system language, and approximate
region. We also collect diagnostic/performance data (e.g., crash reports) to keep the Service stable.

Usage Information: feature interactions (e.g., screens opened), session duration, and in-app settings.

Identifiers: we may assign or use identifiers (device ID and/or internal user ID) for Service
operation, rate limiting, and security.
Information from other sources

Purchase and subscription status: if you purchase a subscription, we receive entitlement/subscription
status and limited transaction metadata from Apple/Google and our subscription infrastructure provider (e.g.,
RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
2. How do we use your information?

- Maintain premium access: validate subscriptions and entitlements.
- Improve reliability: debug issues, monitor performance, and improve UX.
- Security and abuse prevention: protect the Service against fraud, spam, and misuse.
- Support: respond to your inquiries and requests.
3. Sharing / transferring personal data to third parties
We share personal data only as necessary to operate the Service and comply with law:
- Infrastructure/service providers: hosting, storage, delivery, diagnostics, customer support tooling
(as applicable).
- Subscription & payment partners: Apple App Store / Google Play and our subscription provider (e.g.,
RevenueCat) for entitlement validation.
- Legal: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: in case of merger/acquisition (subject to applicable law).
4. Third-party services
The Service may use third-party SDKs/APIs. Examples (depending on your build):
- RevenueCat (subscriptions/entitlements)
- Apple / Google (in-app purchases, platform services)
- Optional: analytics / crash reporting (e.g., Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics)
- Optional: push notifications (e.g., OneSignal)
- Optional: AI/audio processing providers
These third parties process data under their own privacy policies. Where required, we rely on your consent or
other legal bases.
5. International transfers
Your personal data may be processed and stored outside your country (for example, where our
hosting/subscription/AI providers operate),
for purposes such as operating the Service, storage/archiving, customer support, and security.
Where required by law, we apply appropriate safeguards and obtain consent if necessary.

Because the Service is guest-based, we generally associate data with device/internal identifiers rather than a
named account.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and prevent
abuse.
- Uploaded audio samples: may be stored temporarily on our servers to process your request and deliver
outputs, then deleted within a reasonable period unless longer retention is required for troubleshooting,
abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
- Generated outputs: may be cached temporarily to deliver exports or allow immediate re-download; we do
not store generated audio on your device unless you export/save it.
- Diagnostics: crash/performance logs may be retained for longer to improve stability.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your
personal data.
- Deletion requests: You can request deletion of data associated with your device/internal identifiers.
We may ask for additional info to locate the relevant data.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g., analytics), you can withdraw it via
in-app settings or device settings.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law (commonly 13).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide notice where
appropriate.
